01 Eligibility & Account
You must be 18+ and a legitimate business or representative to register a Kavero account. Member-priced accounts undergo a manual approval that confirms commercial registration (CR) and VAT compliance.
02 Orders & Acceptance
An order is offer-only until we confirm stock and dispatch. We may decline orders that conflict with stock, pricing errors, or regional restrictions.
03 Pricing & VAT
Prices are in SAR and include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. Member pricing is visible only to verified accounts. Promotional pricing is point-in-time.
04 Payment Methods
We accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Tabby. Approved business accounts may use Net-30 invoicing.
05 Delivery & Lead Times
Same-day dispatch from our Dammam warehouse for in-stock orders placed before 14:00 AST. Free delivery anywhere in KSA. Parts marked "Lead 3–5d" are sourced on demand.
06 Auto-Replenish
Optional recurring orders at 30/60/90-day intervals. Cancel any time from My Account → Auto-Replenish.
07 Membership
Kavero Membership unlocks member pricing, Net-30 eligibility, and priority warehouse line. Subject to approval and verification of business status.
08 Intellectual Property
Brand names belong to their respective manufacturers. Site content, product photography, and the Kavero Parts Map are owned by Kavero Beans & Burners Trading Co.
09 Limitation of Liability
Kavero's liability is limited to the value of the part purchased. We are not liable for downstream damages caused by incorrect installation or use beyond manufacturer specifications.
10 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Dammam.
