      1. Supplier / Manufacturer Partnership – You provide inventory for Kavero to sell or distribute. 
      2. Marketplace Vendor Account – You sell your own products directly on the Kavero marketplace.

      Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

      A: Suppliers usually provide bulk stock to Kavero to resell on their behalf, while marketplace vendors list and sell their own products directly via Kavero’s online portal. 

      A: For suppliers, yes — quarterly performance reviews are conducted and minimum targets may apply based on category and product line. For marketplace vendors, there’s no minimum, but inactive vendors (no sales for 90+ days) may be delisted. 

      A: Absolutely. Both suppliers and marketplace vendors based outside Saudi Arabia can partner with us, provided they meet all documentation and shipping/import compliance requirements. Kavero offers onboarding assistance and guidance for cross-border logistics. 

      A: For suppliers, Kavero can offer full logistics and customer service handling if agreed. Otherwise, suppliers manage warranty and returns. For marketplace vendors, you are responsible for shipping, returns, and warranty unless you’re enrolled in Kavero’s fulfillment services. 

      A: Suppliers are paid based on contract (typically monthly or after agreed delivery cycles). Marketplace vendors receive payouts weekly or bi-weekly, after deductions (if any) for platform commissions, returns, or service fees. 

      A: Yes, absolutely. Kavero encourages branding. Marketplace vendors can use their own labels and boxes. Suppliers’ products are also sold under their original brand unless white-labeling is part of the agreement. 

      A: For suppliers: 3–7 business days after complete documentation and sample review. For marketplace vendors: 1–3 business days after listing review and account setup.
